Unit 9 Photography Evaluation.

Theme one – concept food and drink.

My first theme is on food and drink items. The reason I took these types of pictures is because they interested me also they was not hard to find they were a target that I thought I could do that was not to much work but enough. These pictures mean something that is in an everyday life for example food and drink you need that in an everyday life. I made sure that when I took my pictures there was not anything in the background that anyone would have there eye’s on apart from the aim of my picture. In my pictures I made sure that I had my person or drink in the middle of the picture. I am happy with my picture because I tried my best and hardest next time I could improve my photos give my self more time to take more interesting pictures. This professional picture looks very similar to my own picture.



Theme two – client requirements bid for a new school.

My main subject is problems within Caldicot School I thought about doing this because we are trying to get the council to build us a new school. This means when my brother comes from junior school there will be a nice new school and nice new things to go in it. I made sure when you look at these pictures then you will see the problem straight away, instead of looking everywhere else in my picture but in this picture there are a few problems within this picture. I am happy with my pictures because I tired my best but yes I could have improved my pictures by not rushing and getting my self prepared better. I asked my friend and people in my class what they thought of my pictures and they liked them though they were interesting and that it was a different theme that they would of picked. I found this professional photo and it was really hard to find one similar to my photo but I found the one next to my picture and I thought it was similar because the big pipe looked similar to my one apart from the one I found on the internet was rusty.



Theme three – portrait relationship.

The main subject is relationships the reason why I chose to use this topic was because I thought it would be nice and loving it makes people feel happy. These pictures mean that when I leave school I will always have pictures to remember. Me and my nan , she lives in Cyprus so its nice to use a picture of me and her so then it makes me feel like she is always here with me. This is a good way to show that I am doing relationships because I have an amazing relationship with my Nan and I think you can tell by this picture. The reason why this picture works is because it is in the center of the picture is me and my nan and the person that looks at my picture will concentrate on Me and my Nan. I am very happy with theses pictures they are my favorite out of the three topics. As I have said these are my favorite I think I have done what I can and I would to keep my pictures exactly how they are. People thought it was a really nice topic (relationship) and shows much love I have for my family and friends.





My picture is very similar to the professional picture because it expresses love.
